NEPA Works takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. 

1) Security practices we use 

       We implement security measures such as: 

  • Controlled access to systems and data 
  • Secure authentication practices where applicable 
  • Encryption in transit (e.g., HTTPS) 
  • Operational monitoring and security awareness practices 
  • Limited access on a need-to-know basis
     

2) Working with trusted vendors 

        If we use third-party tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications), we select vendors carefully and require appropriate data protection and confidentiality controls.
 

3) No method is 100% secure 

       While we work to protect data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You should also protect your own devices and avoid sharing sensitive information through unsecured                     channels. 

4) Data incidents 

        If a security incident occurs that affects personal data, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, reduce impact, and comply with legal notification obligations (where applicable).
