1) Our commitment 

At NEPA Works Pvt. Ltd. (“NEPA Works”, “we”, “us”), we are committed to operating with integrity, professionalism, and respect. This Code of Conduct defines the standards we expect from our employees, leadership, contractors, consultants, and business partners. 

2) Our values 

  • Integrity: We act honestly and keep our commitments. 
  • Respect: We treat everyone fairly, regardless of role, background, or identity. 
  • Accountability: We own our actions and deliver responsibly. 
  • Confidentiality: We protect client information and company assets. 
  • Compliance: We follow applicable laws, contractual obligations, and our internal policies. 

3) Workplace conduct 

We maintain a professional environment free from harassment, discrimination, bullying, and retaliation. Any behavior that threatens safety, dignity, or a healthy work culture is not acceptable.

4) Conflicts of interest 

We avoid situations where personal interests could influence business decisions. If a conflict is possible, we disclose it promptly to management and follow the resolution guidance provided. 

5) Confidentiality and client trust 

We handle client and partner information responsibly. We do not share confidential information unless authorized and required for business delivery. 

6) Use of company systems and assets 

Company devices, accounts, tools, software, and data must be used responsibly. Unauthorized access, misuse, theft, or intentional harm to systems is prohibited. 

7) Reporting concerns 

We encourage reporting concerns in good faith. Reports can be made to management or through our official communication channels. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports misconduct honestly.
