As a Video Editor at NEPA Works Pvt. Ltd., you will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create and deliver high-volume, engaging video content for product promotion and brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently produce short-form content that captures attention.

This position requires both creativity and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining quick turnaround times while ensuring content quality and brand consistency. 


Responsibilities

Edit daily high-volume product videos (AI-assisted and manual editing).​

Create short-form content for platforms like Reels and TikTok.

Edit LinkedIn and promotional video content.

Produce simple audio commercials for in-store use.

Add captions, music, and basic motion elements.

Export videos in multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, etc.).

Maintain fast turnaround times while following brand guidelines.

Organize and manage project files efficiently.


Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing.​

Strong experience with short-form content (Reels/TikTok style).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and engagement editing.

Ability to handle high-volume workloads efficiently.

Basic audio editing skills.

Familiarity with social media formats and captioning.

Organized and responsive workflow management.


Nice to have

Experience with product-based content.​

Basic motion graphics knowledge.

Experience working with remote teams.
