As a Video Editor at NEPA Works Pvt. Ltd., you will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create and deliver high-volume, engaging video content for product promotion and brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently produce short-form content that captures attention.
This position requires both creativity and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining quick turnaround times while ensuring content quality and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Edit daily high-volume product videos (AI-assisted and manual editing)
- Create short-form content for platforms like Reels and TikTok
- Edit LinkedIn and promotional video content
- Produce simple audio commercials for in-store use
- Add captions, music, and basic motion elements
- Export videos in multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, etc.)
- Maintain fast turnaround times while following brand guidelines

Organize and manage project files efficiently
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing
- Strong experience with short-form content (Reels/TikTok style)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and engagement editing
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads efficiently
- Basic audio editing skills
- Familiarity with social media formats and captioning
