We are hiring a Sr. Odoo Developer to develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions. You will work with teams to build modules, integrations, and ensure smooth deployment. You will also mentor juniors, review code, and provide support for scalable performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Design and implement Odoo backend features using Python and Odoo framework.
- Create and modify Odoo models, views, workflows, and reports.
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo addons and server actions.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems (APIs, payment gateways, SMS, email, etc.).
- Handle database optimization and performance tuning (PostgreSQL).
- Debug and resolve technical issues in existing implementations.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best coding practices.
- Deploy Odoo solutions on cloud/on-premise environments.
- Provide technical support after implementation and during upgrades.
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Odoo Development.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Odoo ORM, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with core Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
- Proven experience in Odoo customization and module development.
- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture (models, views, controllers, security).
- Experience in REST API integration and third-party integrations.
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience in Odoo deployment, upgrades, and maintenance.
Nice to have
- Odoo certification (technical) or equivalent ERP certification.
- Experience with Odoo.sh / Docker / Linux server deployment.
- Knowledge of Odoo frontend (OWL, JS, QWeb).
- Experience with multi-company / multi-warehouse implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience in advanced reporting (PDF reports, custom dashboards).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
