We are looking for a results-driven Mid-Level SEO Specialist to improve our online visibility and organic search performance. You will develop and execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor performance to increase traffic, lead generation, and search engine rankings. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and SEO analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website content for search engine rankings.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies.
  • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools. 
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams. 
  • Prepare regular SEO performance and ranking reports.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research and content optimization. 
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website SEO fundamentals. 
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and Looker Studio reporting.
  • Knowledge of local and international SEO strategies.
  • Experience with e-commerce SEO.
  • Basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing. 
  • SEO certifications from Google, HubSpot, or SEMrush.
