We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and enterprise applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing. You will work with developers, BI engineers, and business stakeholders to validate dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and application functionality while driving test automation to improve product quality and release efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Validate BI dashboards, reports, and data accuracy.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure applications meet business and quality standards.

Support release validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of QA or Software Testing experience.
- Experience testing BI platforms and reporting solutions.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience with API testing and REST services.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
- Performance or security testing experience.
