We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead multiple projects, ensuring efficient execution, strong coordination, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution.
- Handle multiple parallel projects with clear prioritization.
- Allocate and optimize resources across teams.
- Balance quality vs. quantity in project outputs.
- Coordinate with Program, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Monitor workload and improve team productivity.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or operations.
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time management ability.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Nice to have
- Experience in supply chain or operations environment.
- Exposure to program management or cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with process optimization techniques.
- Basic understanding of data-driven decision making.
