Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions for our clients.
As a Functional Consultant, you'll work closely with business stakeholders to analyze needs, optimize business processes, and ensure the Odoo system is aligned with operational goals.
Your role will include end-user training, post-implementation support, and helping businesses get the most out of their Odoo ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders
- Analyze processes to identify Odoo automation opportunities
- Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, etc.)
- Customize modules to meet business needs
- Integrate Odoo with external systems
- Document specifications, configurations, and workflows
- Lead testing and resolve issues before go-live
- Provide user training and ongoing support
- Stay updated on new Odoo features and improvements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with core Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, HR, Inventory, etc.)
- Proven ability in Odoo configuration & customization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving / analytical / troubleshooting skills
- Experience with full implementation lifecycle (requirements → go-live → support)
- Basic understanding of Odoo development (Python, SQL)
Nice to have
- Odoo Functional Consultant certification or equivalent ERP certifications
- Industry experience (Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile / project management methodologies
- Experience with multi-company / multi-warehouse Odoo implementations
- Advanced reporting skills (custom reports inside Odoo)
