We are seeking a skilled ERP Consultant to join NEPA Works and drive successful ERP implementation and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements, configure ERP solutions, optimize processes, and provide end-user training and support. The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge with technical expertise to deliver scalable, efficient, and client-focused ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and recommend ERP solutions.
- Configure ERP modules to meet business needs.
- Lead ERP implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct user training and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Perform data migration and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare project documentation and implementation reports.

Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of ERP consulting or implementation experience.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of finance, inventory, procurement, sales, or HR processes.
- Experience in ERP configuration and system implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Nice to have
- ERP implementation or project management certifications.
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting, or BI tools.
- Experience with system integration and data migration.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
