We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Email Marketing Officer to develop and execute targeted email campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. In this role, you will manage email automation, audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing communications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Manage subscriber lists and audience segmentation.
  • Develop automated email workflows and journeys.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign results. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams. 
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and insights.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Brevo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of email automation and audience segmentation.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CRM systems, and digital analytics. 
  • Strong analytical and time management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email compliance.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and GA4.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in B2B email marketing. 
  • Email marketing certifications.
