Telesales Representative (Night Shift)

We are seeking a confident, target-driven Tele Sales Representative to manage outbound calls, customer inquiries, lead follow-ups, and sales targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products, services, offers, and pricing clearly.
Follow up with leads and interested customers.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Record customer details and call updates accurately.
Update leads, follow-up notes, and customer information in CRM.
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales target achievement.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer and order updates.
Requirements
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, inside sales, or call center roles.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Ability to handle incoming customer inquiries.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience using CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, email, or order systems.
Ability to maintain professionalism with customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer and order updates.
Fluency in English.
Target-driven mindset.
Nice to have
Knowledge of wholesale, retail, distribution, or B2B sales.
Additional language skills.
Experience with order management systems.
Strong multitasking ability.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage customer objections confidently.
Strong time management skills.
Patience while dealing with different types of customers.
