We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Supply & Demand Analyst to support our Procurement team by transforming purchasing, inventory, and vendor data into actionable business insights. In this role, you'll optimize sourcing, pricing, and inventory decisions for a fast-paced B2B wholesale distribution business. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with strong analytical skills who are eager to build a career in procurement and supply chain analytics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze purchasing, inventory, and vendor data.
- Support sourcing and pricing decisions with insights.
- Compare vendor pricing, terms, and performance.
- Review vendor invoices and procurement records.
- Assist RFQ and purchase order processes.
- Monitor supply and demand trends.
- Identify inventory risks and optimization opportunities.

Prepare reports and recommendations for procurement teams.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management (BIM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and present business data.
- Willingness to work the US night shift.
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset.

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of inventory or procurement processes.
- Experience in B2B or wholesale distribution.
- Familiarity with purchase and sales documentation.
- Internship or project experience in supply chain analytics.
