We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead multiple projects, ensuring efficient execution, strong coordination, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution.
Handle multiple parallel projects with clear prioritization.
Allocate and optimize resources across teams.
Balance quality vs. quantity in project outputs.
Coordinate with Program, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
Monitor workload and improve team productivity.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in project management or operations.
Strong project planning and execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time management ability.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Nice to have
Experience in supply chain or operations environment.
Exposure to program management or cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with process optimization techniques.
Basic understanding of data-driven decision making.
Leadership or team handling experience.
