We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst for a full-time night shift role to support business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Coordinate with Program, Supply, and Operations teams.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational insights.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Support project coordination and strategic planning.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement discussions.
- Assist in process optimization and execution tracking.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working full-time night shift.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or business systems.
- Knowledge of process automation tools.
- Advanced Excel or reporting skills.
- Experience in cross-functional project coordination.
- Understanding of workflow optimization and SOP creation.
