Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's brand strategy.
Lead creative campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging.
Mentor and manage the creative team.
Review and approve creative concepts and designs.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
Manage creative projects, budgets, and timelines.
Monitor market trends and strengthen brand positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in branding or creative leadership.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding and creative campaigns.
Expertise in brand strategy and visual identity.
Experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Nice to have
Experience in digital marketing and social media branding.
Knowledge of video production and multimedia content.
Experience with customer research and brand analytics.
Background working with creative agencies.
Experience in fast-paced or high-growth organizations.
