Business Analyst (Night Shift)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst for a full-time night shift role to support business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Gather and document business requirements.
Coordinate with Program, Supply, and Operations teams.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational insights.
Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend improvements.
Support project coordination and strategic planning.
Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement discussions.
Assist in process optimization and execution tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher.
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Comfortable working full-time night shift.
Nice to have
Experience with ERP or business systems.
Knowledge of process automation tools.
Advanced Excel or reporting skills.
Experience in cross-functional project coordination.
Understanding of workflow optimization and SOP creation.
