Join NEPA Works as a Website Graphic Designer and create modern, user-friendly web designs for U.S.-based clients. You'll work closely with developers and marketers to design engaging websites, landing pages, and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design responsive website layouts and landing pages.
- Create banners, hero sections, and digital graphics.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and UI components.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams.
- Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design tools.
- Optimize designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong UI/UX and responsive web design knowledge.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
Nice to have
- Experience with AI design tools.
- Knowledge of After Effects or Canva.
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
- Experience working with international clients.
